Since all changes begin in the mind, this means that Transformation Work is specifically about training our mind to <em><strong>see and think in a certain way<\/strong><\/em> so as to bring about these desired changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perspective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To train our mind to think and see in a new way requires a paradigm shift. This is achieved by studying, analyzing and understanding certain <strong>universal truths<\/strong>. Thee truths, once understood, will allow us to see the world and life from a new perspective and will form the basis for our own inner work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also learn about the fundamental <strong>universal laws<\/strong> that govern how the universe works.
