Integrated Mental Health Solutions (IMHS) is a young but dynamic organization established in August 2004. We offer integrated solutions for complex individual, family, group or workplace challenges. We provide high quality services and customized to meet client's need. Our services:

Therapeutic Intervention

• Counseling - for individual, couple, family and group.
• Support Group - for clients and their carers/families.
• Psychological Assessment - for child, adult and specific group.

Organizational Intervention

• Customized Training - teambuilding activities, supervisory trainings, wellness workshops i.e. stress management and others.
• Management Consultation - a tool designed to provide management with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively develop, plan and implement a course of action to solve complex employee situations like job performance problems caused by personal issues, complicated employee relation issues, workplace harassment, alcohol/drug problem and others.
• Employee Assistance Program - a comprehensive worksite-based program designed to help identify and facilitate the resolution of behavioral, health and productivity problems.
• Change and Transition Management - offer consultation and training to management on how to support and manage human transition due to organizational change. Also assist employees' with their personal and professional transition which is very critical in order for the organization and its people to achieve a successful new beginning.
• Critical Incident Stress Management - a comprehensive, systematic program for the mitigation of critical incident related stress for individual, group and organization. Meant to reduce emotional impact of the affected individuals by facilitating grief and healing process and to help them restore their usual functioning and productivity. Designed to identify any high-risk individuals who need professional follow-ups and to provide plans of action.

We offer a unique composition of skills in clinical, counseling and industrial psychology; social work; individual, group and organizational dynamics; process consultation and behavioral risk management.

The Principal Consultant is a trained clinical psychologist, with 3 years of community mental health experience and 5.5 years of experience in organizational/industrial psychology through providing Employee Assistance Program to Motorola, a Fortune 100 company. Within the 5.5 years, the principal consultant had 2 years of regional experience managing the Employee Assistance Program operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Australia. This exposure has developed her comprehensive understanding of the impact of employee issues on productivity, retention and work life balance/mental health of employees. Other associate consultants have diverse blend of competencies and experiences in the field of counseling psychology, organizational training, medical and community social work and competency in a few languages and dialects - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese.
