ZenBell is a minimalist mindfulness interval timer designed to keep you present during meditation or deep work.
What is it for?
- Meditation: A gentle reminder to return to your breath.
- Time Boxing: Break your day into focused intervals.
- Posture Checks: A nudge to stretch or sit upright.
How to use:
- Select a preset interval or enter a custom time.
- Press Begin Session. You will hear an initial bell.
- The bell will ring automatically at every interval.
- For best results on mobile, Add to Home Screen via your browser menu.
Note: Ensure your device volume is up and "Do Not Disturb" is on for a peaceful session.
